We have likely all seen wind turbines around Illinois, including a wind farm in southern Tazewell, Rail Splitter. How much have we looked into these projects. For instance, most all turbines built today are around 600’ tall -that is nearly 270 feet higher than the ones in Rail Splitter we can see today.
